Charities We Support

At printIQ we feel exceptionally fortunate to be able to support some incredible charities and the amazing work they do.

Some of the charities we have been privileged to support include the following:

Walk With Us Gold Coast

Walk With Us began on the Gold Coast in 2014 with a goal to help those in need. Their primary focus from the beginning on helping the homeless & disadvantaged in the Gold Coast community and has expanded to helping the youth, lonely, domestic violence victims and sufferers of mental illness.  The biggest event on the calendar is the annual Christmas Eve event which attracts over 200 homeless and disadvantaged individuals and families. The 2019 Christmas Eve lunch video is below.

One of the charity’s core motto’s and beliefs is “be a good human” and understand that each and every one of us is not so different after all. We are human, good humans at that.

If you’d like to know more about Walk With Us check out their website, or keep an eye on their events page to join in.

Special Olympics

Adpost, one of printIQ’s client’s runs an Adpost Golf Day to raise money for the Special Olympics SOAR & ROAR Festival. This festival gives people with an intellectual disability a Dream Ride in a luxury car. The Golf Day (held this year on the 8th August) began at 11am with registration, followed by a BBQ lunch, 18 rounds of shot-gun start golf, and a range of novelty events. A great day of fun and fundraising was followed by a delicious dinner.

We are currently working hard to Make Ways for the launch of Sierra Sports. Locally-led and globally-supported this flagship programme will be Sierra Leone’s first not-for-profit sports store.

Hummingbird House

Co-founders, Paul and Gabrielle Quilliam, are an ordinary Queensland couple who, after fostering a child affected by a life-limiting condition, made it their mission to build Hummingbird House. After 6 years of the Queensland community working together with corporate supporters and government.
Hummingbird House officially opened in October 2016, proudly supporting and representing the 3,700 Queensland children living with life-limiting conditions.
