Product Support Specialist

Wellington | New Zealand

The Role

As the business expands globally, we need to extend our Product Support Team in our Wellington office. You will be joining an established team of industry professionals that support and implement the world’s leading print management system – printIQ.

The role is both technical and customer facing so you are the link that makes our company successful.

You must be able to manage time and milestones pro-actively, be self-motivated and communicate effectively. A background in the print industry would be a bonus but not essential. Alternatively, a background in software training and implementation would give you a great head start.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent organisational, presentation and problem solving skills.
  • English language fluency with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Management Information Systems would be a bonus but at the very least, you must be computer literate and have a high level of confidence with technology
  • Project management and / or experience as a trainer is a bonus
  • Ability to work individually or within a team
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities
  • We are an IT company service the print industry, experience in the industry would be an advantage
